On September 13, the 18th meeting of the Communication and Information Technology Cooperation Sub-Committee of the China-Russia Prime Minister Regular Meeting Committee was held in Moscow, Russia.        The China-Russia Communication and Information Technology Cooperation Sub-Committee is one of the 11 sub-committees under the framework of the China-Russia Prime Minister Regular Meeting Committee, which has held 18 meetings so far. The sub-committee holds a regular meeting every year, which is held alternately in China and Russia.
